KershawHealth Primary Care at Elgin is located in the Outpatient Center at Elgin, conveniently located just off White Pond Road at I-20, on the frontage road. And because we thought you might like one doctor who could treat your whole family, Dr. Michael Nienhuis and Dr. Vanessa Wideman are both board-certified specialists in family medicine, trained to provide care for adults and children alike. Here, you'll find a patient-centered, supportive experience designed to help you manage disease, maintain your health, and improve your quality of life. In addition, a welcoming environment and added convenience make it easier than ever to take advantage of KershawHealth's expertise.
 
Located in the same building are KershawHealth Urgent Care at Elgin and the KershawHealth Outpatient Center at Elgin. Urgent Care offers convenience for those times when your physician is not available. It's perfect before work, after school and weekends, whenever life's little mishaps hit you. It is always staffed with board-certified physicians, and you never need an appointment. The outpatient center offers state-of-the-art laboratory, cardiovascular, and imaging services - including digital x-ray as well as CT, open MRI, nuclear medicine, ultrasound, mammography and bone densitometry. So you can get virtually everything you need in one place.
